Off-road Triathlon on the spectacular unspoilt Island of Kerrera on Scotland's West Coast. Swim from the mainland to the Island, then 15km Mountain Bike, followed by a 4km Hill Run across the centre of the island, finishing in the shadow of the atmospherice ruins of Gylen Castle.
